Needing advise

I was planning to install some angel eyes on my Altezza.
I've found one on trademe, but the problem is I don't know how to install them or who can?

So hopefully you guys can help?

imo! just leave the OEM head light and buy some decent spring/shock to drop your car a little bit. Pero kotse mo yan LOL...

Katulad ng sabi ni Jc, 1-2 bolt each side ng bumper and sa middle ng bumper may screw and sa baba ng bumper maybe size "10" so kaylangan mo ng rachet or spanner.

Then ma kikita mo na yung mga bolt ng headlight!
