Jhun's - Old School EF7 CR-Wreck

Already tried modern honda cars to track honda cars and now I will try old school. So I swapped my ITR 96 Spec to this semi mint 89 CR-X Si plus cash last Tuesday 13 July 2010 as need to fund somthing .

Some modes:

1. Jamex Super Low Springs.
2. Wedsport TC-05 with heaps of Thread unknown tyres.
3. Pioneer Speakers on Rear.
4. Sony Speakers on Front.
5. Sony Head Unit.
6. Aftermarket Intake.
7. Aftermarket Rear Bumper.
8. Aftermarket Exhaust System.
9. Plus the Super DOHC ZC engine.

also it is newly serviced and changed cambelt.

all these for now.

so many thanks for my brother helping to clean this car.

some pics of the car after painting the calipers, cleaning the interior and some bits and pieces that I planned from my last post. also got some interior bits that I am looking on pick a part takanini. Speaker covers also are mint and clean which makes the car interior more tidy.

Installed also some pedals and bosskit and aftermarket drift 320mm steering wheel. I am still waiting for my itr gearknob that i bought yesterday and did some wheel alignment today at advantage (mt. wellington branch).

next plan is to clean some engine bits and work on the seats.

medyo pinagiisipan ko kung papalitan ko sa oem or ganyan na eh.

mukang aus naman eh. apart lng dun sa walang ilaw ung sa plate number. haha.

did some clean on crx again. this time I did some engine bay cleaning.

replaced some vacuum hoses with clear ones, changed the battery terminals, taken off the cambelt cover as well as air-con and its peripherals, put some wires on right place and did tighten the intake.

my parter also did work on the seat holes, she did put some cloth and sew it.




and lastly did some maintenance on engine. changed the filter, sparks, coolant and oil.

result is very mint as it really nice to drive and sounds nice.



next plan is to change the air filter, buy some decent radiator cap and oil cap, paint the rocker cover.

got some dohc zc rocker cover for cheap 20 bux.

with newish rubber thing that goes to seal into engine block.
